We collect the following categories:
We use information to:
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate Timeo, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete transactions requested by you.
Timeo uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database operations, email delivery, billing, analytics, file parsing, scheduling services, AI processing, logging, monitoring, and customer support. These providers may process personal information only for the services they provide to Timeo.
Public schedule links can be viewed by anyone with the link. Employee invite links provide authenticated employee access only after validation. You control whether to create, send, revoke, or expire those links.
Timeo uses AI services to understand scheduling requests, parse operational context, generate schedule suggestions, and provide remediation guidance. Customer prompts, selected workspace data, uploaded document content, and scheduling context may be sent to AI providers when needed to provide these features. You should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive data.
We retain account, workspace, billing, audit, usage, and schedule data while your account is active and as needed for service delivery, security, legal, tax, dispute resolution, backup, and compliance purposes. You may delete workspaces, schedules, uploads, or invite links inside Timeo where the product supports deletion or revocation.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication, rate limiting, logging, encrypted transport, production configuration checks, public share sanitization, and least-privilege employee portal views. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Account owners can update many records directly in the application. Employees should first contact their employer or scheduling administrator for workspace data requests.
You can manage billing through the Stripe customer portal, revoke public schedule links, revoke employee invites, and control browser cookies through browser settings.
Timeo and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live or operate. When required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards for international processing.
