These Terms govern your access to and use of Timeo, including the web application, AI scheduling tools, employee portal, exports, public share links, integrations, and related support services. By creating an account, inviting employees, generating schedules, or otherwise using Timeo, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you administer.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, maintaining accurate workspace, employee, role, availability, time-off, and coverage data, and ensuring that only authorized users receive workspace access, employee invite links, or public schedule share links.
If you use Timeo for an organization, you represent that you have authority to upload employee scheduling data and to manage schedules, exports, and employee communications for that organization.
Timeo provides schedule generation, optimization, diagnostics, and AI-assisted recommendations. You remain responsible for reviewing schedules before publishing or sending them to employees. Timeo does not replace your legal, labor, payroll, safety, union, or compliance review.
You must verify that generated schedules comply with applicable laws, contracts, workplace rules, employee accommodations, required breaks, overtime rules, and business policies before relying on them operationally.
You retain ownership of schedules, workspace configuration, uploaded files, employee profile data, availability, time off, assignments, and other content you submit to Timeo. You grant Timeo the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, display, export, and transmit that data to provide the service.
Do not upload information that you are not permitted to use in Timeo. You are responsible for obtaining required employee notices, consents, or permissions before adding personal data, inviting employees, or sharing schedules.
You may not use Timeo to:
Paid plans, trials, plan limits, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and payment failures are presented at checkout, on the pricing page, and in the subscription settings inside Timeo. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel through the billing portal or another supported process.
If payment fails, your access may be limited, downgraded, or suspended after any applicable retry or grace period. Plan downgrades may restrict future use of premium features, including AI usage, exports, public sharing, employee limits, integrations, and schedule counts.
We work to keep Timeo reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, upgrades, dependency outages, or events outside our control. We may change or discontinue features, integrations, limits, or user interfaces when needed to improve the product, maintain security, comply with law, or support operations.
We may suspend or terminate access if an account creates security risk, violates these Terms, causes operational harm, remains unpaid, or is used unlawfully.
Timeo and its software, design, workflows, documentation, brand assets, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any Timeo intellectual property rights to you. You may use Timeo only as permitted by your account, plan, and these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timeo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, employee disputes, payroll errors, scheduling decisions, data loss, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with proper jurisdiction over the dispute will resolve claims that cannot be resolved informally.
